Afghan Restaurant in Cary NC

Hello again and welcome to my newest video. This video is all about Afghan cuisine and specifically Afghani Chicken Karahi. This authentic dish is known for generation over generation in the region of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. Afghan cuisine in general is rich of flavors and spices. I am so glad that I decided to visit this restaurant today and Chicken Karahi. I started by a warm relaxing cup of Afghanistan tee, made with spices and mixed flavors. The tea was free of charge and it is available at the cashier. For my Appetizers I ordered two pieces of Samosas filled with potatoes, peas and lovely flavorful spices. Before I even finish my first samosa, the chicken Karahi arrived. It was smoking hot and present on authentic iron skillet. The chicken Karahi was full of spices and plenty of sauce. The taste of Chicken Karahi was spicy over medium. So authentic and plenty of chicken cutlets. Mixed from chicken breast, legs, thigh the chicken Karachi was very delicious.
I hope to visit this restaurant again in the near future and record a video for their kebab menu.
