Hye Jung Lee performing "Tornami a vagheggiar" from Handel's opera Alcina during the final of the 2011 Cardiff Singer Of The World competition.
Following the competition, the Korean soprano debuted as Papagena (Magic Flute) at Florida Grand Opera and has since been cast around the world, including San Francisco Opera, Oper Kiel, New Zealand Opera and Nationaloper Amsterdam. She debuted as a recitalist in 2009 at Carnegie Hall.
