Pantry Prep | Chicken, Broth, Peppers and Apples | October 30, 2023

It’s a preserving day on the homestead! Since we will be processing our broilers in the next few days I decided to can what is left from last years chicken. While Im at it let’s also make a large batch of chicken broth! I’ll be canning apples the old fashioned way as well as dehydrating peppers.
