My today's recipe is Summer Special Bhetki Fish Curry With Brinjal.Here I used Bhetki fish,which is available any fish market.It is rich in vitamin 'A',which helps to improve our eye health.Among the various vegetables I choose the Brinjal for this recipe and any fish curry with brinjal is very tasty.In this recipe,for tempering I used nigella seeds and slited green chillies which gave this recipe very authentic flavour.It is very simple and very easy to make recipe.I hope you like it and must try at your home and enjoy.
