Today, I’m gonna show you how to make ice candy mango flavor, so that you can cook this ice candy in your home for your kids

Ingredients:

1 kilo ripe mangoes
1 can (410 mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300 mL) condensed milk
1 & 1/2 cup white sugar (adjust as needed)
2 liters water
1 cup cassava flour + 1 cup water to dissolve
1 teaspoon mango flavoring (optional)
Directions:

Wash and prepare the mangoes. Slice the cheeks and separate the flesh from the skin using a glass. Transfer the mangoes to a blender. Make some mango tidbits out of the flesh from the seed.
Pour half of the evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.
On a small bowl, dissolve the cassava flour in a cup of water.
Pour liters of water in a pot. Add the sugar and dissolved cassava flour. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the pot to a boil using high heat. Stir continously while cooking until it becomes thicker.
Once boiling, lower the heat setting. Add the other half of the evaporated milk and the whole can of condensed milk. Add the mango tidbits. Stir to mix well.
Lastly, add the blended mango. Mix well. Add a few drops of mango flavoring if you like. Continue simmering for a few more minutes using low heat. Turn the heat off and let the mixture cool completely.
Once cool, transfer the mixture to ice candy bags. Tie them well and freeze overnight until formed.
Beat the heat and enjoy some mango ice candy! Yum!
