Night In The Woods - Hanging Out With Angus - The Cozy Corner

In Part 3 you finally have the opportunity to hang out one on one with Angus. Before you do it you should do a couple things. First you should find the the 4 mini-windmills in town and jump in front of them until each releases a little helicopter message. The first three you reach in Part 2 while the 4th needs you to use Greg's apartment to reach in Part 3. I would also recommend you play the short game Longest Night I link in this description. What happens in it actually comes up when you hang out.
