The workout listed below is a full-body, strength building workout that can be done by utilizing the cable cross machine. Most likely, you won't have an apparatus like this at home. Luckily though, most commercial gyms offer some type of variation of an entire cable cross or cable pulley machine.

Though cables may not provide the same accessory muscle training that free weights can, the important thing to note for this workout is that it's a SAFER workout. Provided you're using weights that work well for you, and you complete the motions of the exercise properly, there's little chance for injury.
