The Winter Bute Ferries

With the nights drawing in a nice November day was not to be turned down so a trip across to Bute for the day was on the cards. Having made my way down to Wemyss Bay I boarded the MV Bute for the sailing over to Rothesay. After a nice crossing I made my way down to the lovely village of Kilchattan Bay for a walk around the town and on the beach. After a nice time there I headed back up to Rothesay where after another wander around the relief Bute boat MV Coruisk arrived to take me back over to Wemyss Bay and with the sun setting and the night drawing in it was a lovely crossing back to the mainland.
