Mutton Bhuna Gosht is a very popular preparation, wherein mutton is slow-cooked with a variety of spices and yoghurt. As the term ‘bhuna’ suggests, it is then fried on high heat with dollops of ghee. Juicy, succulent and highly aromatic, this recipe is an ideal choice for a special Sunday lunch or dinner. Check out the recipe below.

FULL WRITTEN INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE 😁

PEAS RICE
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tsp ghee .
2. Cumin seeds and 2 cardamom.
3. Then add the soaked Basmati rice and fry it for 4 - 5 mins and then add peas.
4. Now add same amount of water as per quantity of rice i.e 500 gm rice =500 ml water.
5. Cover it with lid and uncover it after 30 mins.
6. lastly pour some ghee above it
PEAS RICE IS READY


BHUNA MUTTON
1. First of all roast the spices
- Coriander seeds 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Fennel seeds 1tsp
- Black pepper 20 pc
- Cardamom 3
- Cinnamon 2
- Dried red chilli 3
- Clove 4
2. Then grind the above spices with curd and make a fine paste.
3. Heat the pan and add ghee,oil 3 tsp
4. Now add chopped green chilli, Ginger garlic paste, cardamom 1 , cinnamon 1.
5. Then add mutton and fry it at high flame for 10 mins .
6. Add sliced onion and salt.
7. Add turmeric powder 1 tsp and red chilli powder 1 table spoon.
8. Now add the spices paste and fry it at high flame till oil release.for 15 mins
9. Add hot water and cover it with lid for 45- 50 mins to boil the mutton smoothly.
10. Lastly add some green chillies and separate oil from it .
BHUNA MUTTON IS READY SERVE IT HOT 🔥 🤤
