Hi everyone. Thought I might do a video on crowdfunding - a sector in which I currently work.

In this video I discuss the two main types of crowdfunding - rewards based and equity based.

Rewards crowdfunding is where a business will pre-sell a product or service to a group of funders, and thus raise the capital required to build/distribute said product/service.

Equity crowdfunding is where a business will give up a percentage of ownership in their company in exchange for funds.
