All the sages asked how? So Vyas Ji said that the fruit that is obtained by ten years of rigorous chanting and meditation in Satyug, the same fruit is obtained in Treta Yug in just one year, Dwapar Yug in one month, whereas in Kaliyug, only by chanting the name of God, that is why Kaliyug is the best. That is why Premanand Ji Maharaj repeatedly says that just chant the name, even if it is unwillingly, you will be saved!
