In the previous video we looked at the meaning of the beneficiary principle and we saw that there were two meanings of a beneficiary: (1) an equitable owner is essential for validity, and (2) a proprietary interest is essential for validity. Does either of the two versions of the beneficiary principle provide an accurate description of our law?
