Knights peak is a coned peak neighboring w a group of 10,000 foot peaks you’ve never heard of. It neighbors McKinley Peak, San Luis Peak, and the mighty Mount Vigil. Mostly wooded, w granite boulders surrounding the mountain. Mainly a class II bushwhack on the way up, w a pretty average elevation gain. Can be a fun morning, or afternoon hike as it took no longer than 30 mins to hike up, and 15-20 to get back down. A great trip none the less, that nobody talks about. Can’t wait to trek the surrounding peaks.
