We love the artist Sia because of her positive and powerful lyrics, and "The Greatest" is another home run! Though the choreography is low-impact, you're definitely going to feel some upper body work in your shoulders, triceps and biceps! Don't be deceived that low-impact means "low intensity" -- it doesn't!

FIT TIP: Keep elbows parallel to the floor and maintain a 90 degree angle to sustain the upper body/arm focus. Also, don't forget that chest pumps will engage your core if you pull your belly button towards your spine and engage your core muscles. That's hidden core work that can be missed if you don't engage your muscles!

BEGINNER TIP: as with all of our videos, start with the FEET first and then add the upper body movements once you feel confident with the footwork.

INTENSITY LEVEL: mid intensity due to the toning components of this song.
