Christmas Berry Bochet Recipe (1 Gallon):

2.5 lbs of Christmas Berry Honey (Bocheted for 45 minutes)
1 lb of Regular Christmas Berry Honey
2.5 Grams of Lalvin 71B-1122
4 Grams of Fermaid O
Stabilized with Potassium Sorbate & Potassium Metabisulfite
1/2 lb of Christmas Berry Honey
1/2 oz of French Medium Toast Oak Chips
