¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Tapioca Flour 1汤匙 木薯粉

Ingredients 配料：
1 Big Red Onion 1粒 大洋葱
½ Tomato ½粒 番茄
1 Red Chilli 1条 红辣椒

Sauce 酱料:
5g Ginger 5克 姜
40g Shallot 40克 小葱头
20g Garlic 2克 蒜头
5g Dried Chilli 5克 辣椒干
1 teaspoon Balacan 15克 峇拉煎

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce 1汤匙 番茄酱
1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce 1汤匙 酱清
