0:00 Branchement à domicile de la nutrition entérale sur un patient porteur d’une gastrostomie (PEG).

Préparation du matériel :
0:12 1. Lavage des mains et désinfection
0:50 Préparation de la nutrition entérale :
0:57 2. Allumer la pompe
1:02 3. Désinfection des mains
1:06 4. Retirer le bouchon de la nutrition entérale et l’accrocher au statif
1:12 5. Ouvrir la tubulure et retirer l’embout
1:20 6. Oter le bouchon de la tubulure, percuter la poche de nutrition et visser la tubulure
1:31 7. Ouvrir la pompe et insérer la tubulure et fermer
1:39 8. Purger la tubulure .
1:55 Vérifier qu’il n’y ait pas de bulle d’air

2:05 Branchement de la nutrition entérale :
2:12 9. Ouvrir la bouteille d’eau et la verser dans un verre
2:23 10. Ouvrir la seringue et prélever 60 ml d’eau
2:33 11. Ouvrir le bouchon de la sonde et connecter la seringue
2:41 12. Injecter doucement l’eau dans la sonde de gastrostomie
2:53 13. Répéter une deuxième fois l’opération
3:07 14. Passer la tubulure sous le t-shirt pour éviter tous risques d’accroches
3:15 15. Dévisser le bouchon de la tubulure
3:21 16. Connecter la tubulure à la sonde
3:27 17. Régler les paramètres et appuyer sur start

Mettre la nutrition entérale dans le sac à dos :
3:49 18. Arrêter la pompe
3:58 19. Mettre la nutrition et la pompe dans le sac à dos
4:20 20. Appuyer sur start et fermer le sac à dos

Preparation of materials:

0:50 Preparation of enteral nutrition:
0:57 2. Turn on the pump
1:02 3. Hand disinfection
1:06 4. Remove the enteral nutrition cap and hang it on the stand
1:12 5. Open the tubing and remove the tip
1:20 6. Remove the cap from the tubing, impact the nutrition bag and screw on the tubing
1:31 7. Open pump and insert tubing and close
1:39 8. Purge the tubing.
1:55 Check that there are no air bubbles

2:05 Connecting enteral nutrition:
2:12 9. Open the bottle of water and pour it into a glass
2:23 10. Open the syringe and draw 60 ml of water
2:33 11. Open the probe cap and connect the syringe
2:41 12. Gently inject water into the gastrostomy tube
2:53 13. Repeat the operation a second time
3:07 14. Pass the tubing under the t-shirt to avoid any risk of snagging
3:15 15. Unscrew the tubing cap
3:21 16. Connect tubing to probe
3:27 17. Adjust settings and press start

Put enteral nutrition in the backpack:
3:49 18. Stop the pump
3:58 19. Put nutrition and pump in the backpack
4:20 20. Press start and close the backpack
