Pros DON'T Shift Weight (They Shift Pressure!)

Correctly shifting pressure and weight in the golf swing is what separates amateur golfers from the pros. Most amateur golfers load up the backfoot at the top of the swing, shifting their weight to their trail leg in an attempt to generate power through the downswing. On the other hand, pros don’t rely on shifting weight to generate power, they simply shift their pressure.
