One of the most common reasons I hear from people that don't want to start a diet or get into shape is that they cannot afford to eat healthy.

I set out to find the answer to that, and here we are. If you follow this Keto based diet, you can get by on just 40 dollars a week. All the food is organic too. No preservatives or junk in the food. It's all about getting the Bratwursts and Italian Sausage from Costco. The Kirkland brand comes at a premium by default, meaning you will be getting the good stuff up front. The trade off is that you must be willing to pay a 60 dollar membership fee. But don't let this scare you away, in this video I will show you how this 60 dollar fee pays itself off purely from the discounted prices of the food alone. This doesn't even factor in the gas or rewards benefits. Follow this diet to lose some serious weight, save some serious cash, and feel seriously good. Because the brats and sausage come packed with everything you'll need to manage electrolytes.
