Bhendi fry is a very easy and simple recipe. This can be a good lunch box option. This can be a good variation to your regular sabzi as we are adding a special masala in it that gives it a tasty twist. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Hing
• 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
• 8~10 Curry leaves
• Finely chopped Green chili
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• Chopped Bhendi
• 4~5 tsp roasted Peanut powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 sachet Maggie Masala-ae-Magic
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add hing, garlic, curry leaves and fry until garlic gets light golden
color.
• Add green chili, turmeric powder and mix well.
• Wash bhendi well, dry it and chop.
• Add chopped bendi and mix well.
• Cover and steam on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
• Remove the lid and continue frying bhendi until it cooks for about
7-8 minutes.
• If you want crispy bhendi then continue frying more.
• Add roasted peanut powder, salt and mix well.
• Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
• When sabzi is about to get cooked add Maggie masala-ae-magic
and mix well.
• Fry for 2 minutes more.
• Bhendi fry is all ready.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.
