The roof climb involved the design and construction of an aluminium walkway system installed over the existing Adelaide Oval grands stands structure. This walkway system was based around similar design & engineering requirements to the Gold Coast Q1 “Sky Point”, whilst following the architectural curves of the grand stands. To successfully deliver the Architects design required a high attention to detail during the manufacture and installation process. The project also includes a link bridge connecting the River and Western stands and a platform located to the north side of the River Stand.
