CS3 Lancer Fuse Keep Blowing.No Crank-No Start. Diagnostic Process To Find Short To Ground

Customer states. My vehicle doesn't want to start. I'm not getting nothing from the cluster and the starter. I changed the 12V battery, someone mentioned that it can be the coil pack and the spark plug. Also, it can be the transmission. Good thing, this isn't my mechanic. lol
