Starting from Central Train Station in the City of Exeter and cycling to Dartmoor. The route takes me past Haldon Forest Park, Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey then climbing up to East Dartmoor. Once there I had time to check out some Tors before heading to the camping location. On the return journey I took a small detour through Haldon Forest Park to Haldon Belvedere (Lawrence Castle) built 1788. The bike is a Kona Dew 2016, fitted with Salsa Woodchipper flared drop handlebars and Continental Doublefighter tyres. Ortlieb and blackburn bags. This road/gravel touring set up is for longer multi day rides with emphasis on comfort over speed.
