DESCRIPTION FOR KHEER / PUDDING :
Kheer (Rice Pudding) is one of the favourite dishes in Nepal and is an integral part of parties and ceremonies. There are many ways to prepare Kheer and I am sharing a quick and easy recipe using normal milk. HAPPY TEEJ to you all :-)

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR KHEER / PUDDING :

Ingredient list

Milk (1.5 liters)
Rice (1 cup)
Cashews (2 table spoons, halved)
Raisins (2 table spoons)
Almonds (2 table spoons)
Panuts ( 2 table spoons)
Coconuts (2 table spoons)
Butter /Ghee (1/2 cup)
Cardamom (1 and 1/2 table spoon)
Sugar (according to your taste)
Cloves (5 pieces)
2-3 Tejpatta
2-3 Cardamom
1-2 cinnamon
