Scientechnic, Raed Dibs, AlReem AlKaabi and Group HCD win honours at second ESAG Founder Awards

The second edition of the much-awaited ESAG Founder Awards, concluded in a grand manner with more than 500 team members from across the Group attending the event on Friday, May 31, 2024. Guests were welcomed with special activations at the foyer of the Madinat Jumeirah ballroom, with personalised diaries created by a calligrapher, while sketchbots drew their caricature using AI technology, even as some of them dabbled in an interactive art installation.

The event began with a motivational speech by ESAG Group CEO, Easa Al Gurg, during which he commended the efforts of entities in the past year. This was followed by an interesting panel chat, during which some members of the third generation of the Al Gurg family namely, Easa Al Gurg, Abdulrahman Al Shaibani and Mohammed Al Shaibani, shared everlasting memories of their grandfather and the Founder of ESAG.

The highly contested awards were presented by Dr Raja Al Gurg, Chairperson and Managing Director, along with Easa Al Gurg, Group CEO. Group Human Capital once gain clinched ‘Best Corporate department,’ Raed Dibs, CEO of Interiors won ‘Leader of the year,’ Scientechnic was ‘Entity of the year’ and AlReeem AlKaabi of Gulf Metal Foundry was lauded as ‘Employee of the year.’
