Amtrak and Metro North along the Hudson in the 1990's

Описание к видео Amtrak and Metro North along the Hudson in the 1990's

Amtrak and Metro North Commuter Railroad run on the former New York Central between New York City and Albany NY. The tracks follow the Hudson River on a highly scenic route. Electric third rail operations run from Croton-Harmon to NYC. Come along with us as we view trains of both railroads in the 1990's during an interesting period when Electric EMU's, the Amtrak Turboliner, FP10's and of course the unique former New Haven FL-9's were running on this route. You will see a few shots of the FL-9's replacements, the GE P32DCM on their first runs.
