How This Woman Uses Art to Overcome Her Debilitating OCD, Anxiety and Depression

Описание к видео How This Woman Uses Art to Overcome Her Debilitating OCD, Anxiety and Depression

Claire lives in Outback Australia and experiences Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Thankfully she found through jewellery making that she was able to manage her difficult thoughts. Her shop 'The Tiny Cactus' helps her to connect and create a space where she can listen to people’s stories in a way that she wishes she could have when she was struggling.“OCD's sort of all-encompassing so it doesn't just affect you in certain situations, it affects you in pretty much every aspect of your life. It's just so hard to explain to someone that doesn't have that illness what it's like to live with that every day. So for me, I suppose within this space I wanna be that person I needed.”
