Steps
1. Soak fruits with Salt Water:
Pour 1 L water into a bowl and add 1/2 tsp salt.
Soak strawberries and blueberries in the salt water for 5 minutes.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
Grate a large apple (around 270g).
Put the grated apple in a bowl and add 200g Greek yogurt.
Crack in 2 large eggs.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
Add 50 ml milk and mix well.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients:
Put 175g buckwheat flour in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 tsp baking powder.
Mix well.
4. Combine Mixtures:
Transfer the apple-egg mixture into the flour mixture.
Mix well.
5. Rinse Fruits:
Rinse the strawberries and blueberries with water.
Drain water and set aside for later use.
6. Cook Pancakes:
Heat 10g oil in a skillet and brush evenly.
Pour the batter into the skillet to make pancakes.
Smooth the batter with a spatula.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat until bubbles form on top.
Flip the pancake and press it down.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
