- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
- 60 ml cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion
- 200g mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Bacon slices (optional for added flavor)
- Aluminum foil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups sliced white mushrooms
- 25 ml oil (healthy option: olive oil)
- Salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
- 50 ml broth (low-sodium for a healthier option)
- 0.5 cup cream or milk (use low-fat milk for a lighter option)
- 2 tbsp oat or almond flour (to thicken the sauce, diabetic-friendly)

Steps:

1. Season the minced beef with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
