Local PAD THAI SHRIMP (Super-Size!) - The Easiest (and Hardest?) of all Thai Food Recipes to Make

Pad Thai must be the most world-renowned Thai food recipe, almost a dish that represents Thai food on its own! Do you know about the history of this dish? Did you know that Pad Thai is NOT Thailand's most commonly ordered food?

I have so rarely had Pad Thai, it never occured to me that I was unaware as to the history of this dish, and also the complexity of the Pad Thai recipe!!

Across from the central located 'Wat Jed Yod' Temple in downtown Chiang Rai, I got an amazing feeling from this one shop, and agreed to try and make a video there with Li... before I even knew what the restaurant was offering! This turns out to be a great chance for me to learn as well, and of course we all know the most FUN way of learning is to do it through eating :) and I hope you love this video and the entire story that comes out of it today!!
