This is a really gorgeous winter walk along the picturesque Tamar River, from the village of Calstock with its impressive viaduct to the Cotehele National Trust estate.

I call in to a beautiful petit little pottery on my way to Cotehele. What drew me to Cotehele at Christmas time is the Christmas Garland. It is made of 30,000 dried flowers grown in the gardens at Cotehele and is 60 feet long. It weighs 19 stone and takes 2 weeks to make.

In this video I also spot Santa and visit the marvellous Cotehele Mill where I make a wish.
