Dhanushkodi is an abandoned town at the state of Tamil Nadu in India. Rameswaram and the Pamban bridge is the main attractions of this place and this ghost town is located near to Srilanka. In this episode we are exploring this Dhanushkodi and the red sand dunes (Theri kaadu) near to Thuthukudi. The Dhanushkodi town was destroyed during the 1964 Rameswaram cyclone and remains uninhabited in the aftermath. Although devoid of inhabitants, Dhanushkodi remains a tourist and bike riders attraction due to its historical and mythological relevance as well as the long roads.
