Idiot Proof Avocado Bread

Good afternoon my fellow Idiots. Welcome back for another episode of Idiot Proof Cooking. I've come down with a cold so I'm keeping today's video short and sweet...by making this sweet bread! So avocado bread is similar to your pumpkin, banana or zucchini breads...but with a slight hint of avocado in it. It's very nice, very tasty and super easy to make. Give this one a try if you've never made anything like this before.

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 medium sized avocados
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1 large egg
