Mozzarella Twisted Garlic bread Sticks

I made this bread many times, it’s easy to make it ，and very enjoyable! The bread is soft inside and has a strong garlic scent. No bread machine is needed. It’s very crispy and I can’t wait for you to try it!

📣 Dough ingredients:
Milk 2/3cup (145g)
Dry yeast 1tsp (4g)
All purpose flour (250g)
Sugar 1.5tbsp (25g)
1 Medium Egg (56g)
Salt 1/2tsbp (2g)
Unsalted Butter 1.5tbsp (20g)
mozzarella cheese 1cup
Sugar 1tbsb (15g)


📣 Garlic Sauce:
Unsalted Butter 1.5 tbsp (20g)
1/2tsp sugar (8g)
1/4tsp salt (2g)
Garlic 1tbsp (15g)
Fresh parsley 1tbsp
