Car Rearview Mirror Cap Robotic Spray Coating Line

AFT full automatic painting line for car mirror cap powered by 6 axis painting robot with chain on edge spindle conveyor. Entire painting line system is installed in clean room with humidity and temperature stabilizer. Mirror caps are fixed on special fixtures to pass through preheat tunnel, dry ice cleaning cabin, 3 coat automatic spraying then baking.
Spray booth is votex water curtain which provides up to 90% filtration efficiency of waste paint during spraying, robot is also precisely programmed to have each piece properly sprayed for paint saving, no man power involved in this process.
One time setup then 24 hours continuously non-stop working with guaranteed performance and efficiency. No need illumination but just a sensor and camera for remote control, any obnormal and activity will be recorded for analysis.
