We welcome the appointment & Consecration of new executive Bishop ZEM Gumede!

During the 2024 Passover & days of unleavened bread, Bishop SSJ Ntshangase Appointed & Concentrated Associate Bishop ZEM Gumede to Executive of Africa.

Born on the 14th of March 1954 to the late Mr Jeremiah Gumede & Elina Mkhize. He was joined in holy matrimony to St Gloria Sphiwe Kunene on the 31st July 1977.

Bishop Zedekia Experience Mandlenkosi Gumede has served in the church music department as a District Shepherd boy appointed in 1977 & later on elevated to the position of Chief Shepherd boy in 1991.

He got into ministry as a Deacon ordained during the Annual General Assembly Held in Soweto 1984 and four years later elevated to an Elder during the 1988 Passover.

2006 saw the church have its first pillars for the first time in Bishop SSJ Ntshangase administration amongst those elevated Bishop Gumede was made Chief of the pulpit, joined by Grand Father Abraham HM Dube and Counsellor HL Magagula.

Chief Gumede was concentrated to the ministry of a Bishop on the 26 August 2009 at the Annual General Assembly as an associate to the then Bishop SSJ Ntshangase.

In November 2023 Bishop Gumede led and was part of the South African Entourage to Mozambique for the AGM that saw the ordination & Consecration of Bishop Marcos Alberto Chissuane as the leader of the church in Mozambique
