Big Green Egg Pizza Wedges | Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza

I don't know about you, but two of my favorite foods are Buffalo Chicken Wings and really good pizza. Well, this week, ‪@CptnRon302‬ combined the two for what just may be the ultimate meal, Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza. Now, he didn't just put some wing sauce and a few chunks of chicken on a pizza, he actually made chicken wings first, deboned them and put that on the dough with his signature hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles and a bunch of other tasty stuff that you'll have to watch to see.
The greatest part is that he did it all while breaking in the all new Eggcessory from Big Green Egg, their pizza wedges. These handy items help convert your BGE into a full blown pizza oven in seconds. They mount on the Egg really simply and the best part.....they work like a champion! The improved air flow over the top of the pizza helps cook the top of the pie in time with the bottom being done without burning it! Now, Big Green Egg pizza has always been a favorite of ours and now it is simpler and even better before. BGE really did their homework on this one and knocked it out of the park.
