The BEST Sweet and Sour Chicken 酸甜鸡

This is an authentic sweet and sour chicken recipe. Sweet and Sour Chicken is a popular Chinese-American dish that features tender pieces of chicken coated in a delicious sweet and tangy sauce. Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
8 oz chicken thigh meat, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 tsp white rice wine（sub water)
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp white pepper
1 ½ tbsp starch
1 egg + 1 tbsp water

Dredge:
½ cup flour
½ cup corn starch

Other ingredients:
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp minced ginger
Red or green bell pepper ½ each, cut into 1 inch chunks
½ medium onion diced
½ cup pineapple chunks (from 8oz pineapple chunks can)

Sauce:
1 tsp soy sauce
½ cup sugar
¼ cup ketchup
⅓ cup vinegar
⅓ cup pineapple juice (from 8oz pineapple chunks can)
1 tbsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water
