The launch of the Circularity Gap Report 2024

The Circularity Gap Report is authored by CIrcle Economy Foundation in collaboration with Deloitte. It identifies key enablers and gives tangible recommendations for policy, finance and labour to accelerate progress towards the circular economy.

The launch event on 24 January at Deloitte Studios in Amsterdam was a highly interactive afternoon on the action needed to drive change toward a more circular world.

The keynote address was delivered by Hege Sæbjørnsen, Global Circular Strategy and Transformation Associate Director at IKEA. She elaborated on IKEA's journey towards circularity. The panel discussion included Andrea Liverani, Lead Specialist in the Europe and Central Asia Region's Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy Global Practice at World Bank, Dieuwertje Ewalts, Sustainability and Circularity Lead at Deloitte Netherlands, and Matthew Fraser, Head of Research & Development at Circle Economy Foundation.
