Government of Andhra Pradesh, AP Study Circle has issued AP Study Circle Free Coaching 2021 or
Civil Services Fee Coaching 2021 admission notification on its official website, https://apstdc.apcfss.in. AP Study Circle invites online applications from eligible SC, ST, BC and Minority candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh 13 districts for admission into Civil Services Aptitude Test of UPSC (CSAT) coaching programme at AP Study Circle for the year 2021-22.

Admission is through entrance examination as per the General Studies syllabus of the Civil Services Prelims in English medium only.

Entrance exam for admission into A.P. Study Circle would be conducted at Visakhapatnam, Warangal, Vijayawada and Tirupati.

Eligibility Criteria for AP Study Circle Admission into UPSC Civils prilims coaching 2021

The annual income of the parent / guardian / family should not be more than Rs.2.00 lakhs for SCs and STs and Rs.1.00 lakh for BCs.
Aspirants should not be employed or pursuing any other courses in any educational institutions, since this is a full time residential course.
Aspirants should not have availed any similar coaching sponsored by Government elsewhere.
Aspirants should have completed their Post Graduation or Graduation in Professional Courses with a minimum marks of 50% for the academic year 2020-21.
Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC for taking the CSAT-2022 Exam.
Aspirants from all over Andhra Pradesh are eligible.
Age Limit as on 1st of August, minimum age is 21 Years and maximum is 32 Years for all Candidates.
Upper Limit of 5 Years relaxation for SC/ST Candidates and 3 years relaxation for BC’s.
Reservation of Specially abled / Divyangs & women candidates as per the State Government Norms.
Seat Allotment
Candidates Allotment for different Categories for full time residential coaching will be as per the table below. To start with, it is proposed to take 150 candidates in the 1st year of commencement of UPSC Civil Services Prelims coaching. Horizontal Reservations/ Specially abled will also be followed as per the state government norms)

SC Converted Christians:(12%)-18 Seats
BC’s (9%) 13 Seats

Others (4%) 6 Seats

A Monthly stipend of Mess allowance / Book allowance etc. will be provided to the Candidates attending Prelims Coaching as per the Government Norms.
