Talus Hops SMaSH beer tasting for These Brew Dudes this week.

This was an interesting and somewhat unique hop. This hop is predominantly stone fruit. Somewhat grape and melon like in its presentation at the time of tasting. There was a subtle citrus pith flavor that lingered on the end of the palette.

When the beer was a little fresher, John reported that he got more tropical and even some papaya and maybe some guava like notes. It's changed a bit sense then but it was still a pretty unique flavor profile.
