Hi everyone!
The shoulder girdle is a complex joint and there are many reasons why you may experience pain in this area - repetitive strain, injury, poor posture, sports, weak muscles, just to name a few.
If you are experiencing pain then get a diagnosis from your doctor to see what the issue is. Commonly it is related to rotator cuff tearing or damage. (BUT NOT ALWAYS.)
This video is in two parts - the first part using your bodyweight, including very slow and controlled STABILISATION and STRETCHING.
The second part is using the Theraband for STRENGTHENING the shoulder girdle.
In any case, you need to STRETCH, MOBILISE, STABILISE then STRENGTHEN the shoulders. There are some really nice moves in here that address each of these components.
All exercises must be done slowly and with alot of control. I will give you specific tips as we go along.
