Live Baiting BIG Striped Bass at a Steam Plant

In this video, I hooked up with Marc Cooper of Top Knox Fishing to target striped bass. We loaded up on skipjack at a local steam plant and used them as live bait for big stripers. It was a fun afternoon of fishing.
