Red Velvet Cheesecake from Scratch | Marisha's Couture Cakes

One of my favorite holiday cakes is a red velvet cheesecake. Two layers of red velvet cake, a layer of cheesecake and fluffy cream cheese frosting.

2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Buttermilk
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 T Vinegar
2 T Red Gel Dye
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 C Unsalted Butter
