Cauliflower - 1 nos. (1 Kg)

Salt

For batter:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 1/2 cup
Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Water

Oil for deep Frying

For Manchurian Sauce:
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Garlic - 3 Tbsp
Ginger - 2 Tbsp
Spring Onion (white part) - 2 Tbsp
Onion - 1/2 nos.
Green chili - 2 nos.
Capsicum - 1/2 nos.
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Green chili sauce - 1 Tbsp
Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Ketchup- 1 Tbsp
salt to taste
water as required
corn slurry as required

Spring onion greens
Fresh coriander
