材料:4个咸蛋黄、4块豆腐、1把咖喱叶、1盘淀粉、2勺牛油、1勺咖喱粉、1勺半糖

1)把咸蛋黄蒸15分钟后捏碎,豆腐切块备用
2)热锅热油,豆腐裹上淀粉炸至金黄色捞出
3)锅里加入2勺牛油,溶化后加入咖喱叶爆香再加入咸蛋黄,1勺咖喱粉1勺半糖翻炒均匀炒至泡沫,倒入炸好的豆腐即可
4)香喷喷的金沙豆腐就做好了❤️
