In this video, we will demonstrate a common problem with Hyundai Elantra. Our 2013 Hyundai Elantra developed an engine ticking noise just before it turned 70,000 miles. I did some online research and this seems to be a common engine ticking noise with hyundai elantras 2011-2016. Most likely it is a piston slap. We will be taking the engine apart soon.
