Hi Squad,

Day 20 of the 30 Day Workout Challenge and the affirmation of today is 'I HAVE A PURPOSE'

We all have a purpose in life, you are alive for a reason. Finding your purpose becomes easier when you begin to accept, believe and love yourself.
As you repeat and absorb this affirmation, make it your goal to do every action 'ON PURPOSE'. Get used to taking deliberate action.

The Key phrase for this Workout is: PURPOSE

P - 15 Incline Push-ups
U - 60s High Knees
R - 60s Air Punches
P - 15 Incline Push-ups
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
S - 25 Glute Bridges
E - 25 Jumping Squats

The workout is 1x Round and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
