Ben Asamani “222 Vegan Cuisine” visiting Rome

Ben Asamani, the most famous UK vegan chef, is visiting Rome to meet with the Veggie Channel web tv team. It's quite like a magic after having met him some years earlier in London in his restaurant “222 Vegan Cuisine”. As he is always very nice, he accepted our invitation.

“My name is Ben Asamani, I'm the Exexutive Chef and also the owner of "222 Vegan Cuisine" in London. I am very passioned about vegan food. Originally I'm from Ghana but I've lived in the UK for many years. I hope one day to open a vegan restaurant in Ghana. I'm here in Rome, a beautiful city that reminds me of something I've read many years ago. So it makes it more unique for me”.
