ROCKSHOX Monarch Plus RC3 100hr Annual Service - air can and damper full service step by step DIY

This is a step by step tutorial of how to service your Rockshox monarch shock. The only special tool you NEED is the IFP adapter. This covers the air can service and the fluid change / bleed of the damping circuit. It is the complete / full / 100 hour / annual service. This will help restore some sensitivity to the shock and make it last longer.
